Caroline Flack, The Wanted, Hollyoaks actress Jazmine Franks and TOWIE’s Lauren Goodger are among the celebrity supporters of a new campaign aimed at stamping out online bullying.

The stars have spoken out for the ‘LOLz not Trolls’ campaign by young person’s charity vInspired as part of its ‘Do Something’ initiative, launched after research found that a third of 14-18-year-olds have been trolled online in the last six months, with over a quarter (27%) facing ‘regular’ attacks.

The Wanted added: “Through the years we have met a lot of fans, ranging from all ages around the world. It would be horrible to think that these young people are becoming the victims of trolling, or are even trolling themselves. We’d like to encourage people to sign up to the Do Something campaign [and] show that you can make a difference.”

In addition to the celebrity support, displays of real-life trolling messages will be projected and written on the walls of the Waterloo IMAX underpass in London to promote the ‘LOLz not Trolls’ campaign.

Individuals can sign up to the ‘Do Something’ campaign and pledge their support through the official Facebook page.

They were first linked in July last year when they were spotted snogging at a concert keeping fans guessing about their relationship, but Nathan and Dionne Bromfield have finally decided to come clean.
The pair outed themselves as a fully fledged couple when they were snapped canoodling in the ocean during a romantic holiday. They were at the island of St Vincent, while staying at the Buccament Bay resort.
After the pictures hit the press, Nathan took to Twitter to seemingly confirm the romance.
“Rule #1 nothing is private in the music industry haha,” he said.

I personally had no idea about this, haha. I can’t believe they managed to keep it quiet for so long! Wow! Now, that leaves just Max and Jay single in the group. (;

A POP extravaganza is set to shake the Stadium of Light this summer when some of the UK’s biggest chart stars arrive in Sunderland.

North East Live, a five-hour family-friendly concert, will be headlined by boy band JLS and features The Wanted, Rita Ora, Little Mix, Lawson, Conor Maynard, Stooshe, Union J, Amelia Lily and more. The line-up for the gig, on Saturday, June 22, features five acts currently in the Official UK top 40 and some of the country’s biggest selling pop artists.

North East Live is expected to attract some of the biggest crowds the Stadium of Light has seen. Coldplay brought 56,000 fans into the venue last year but bosses are predicting Rihanna’s Diamonds tour stop-off on Thursday, June 20, will top that with 57,000.

Families attending are being urged to make it a day of fun, with doors opening at the stadium from 1pm. There will also be a funfair, family-friendly activities and music.

The main show kicks off at 2.30pm.

•Tickets for North East Live are priced from £25 and will go on sale from 9am on Friday.

The Wanted’s Jay McGuiness says he wants to play some funny pranks on his bandmates for Valentine’s Day. “I might send fake celeb cards to the boys this year,” Jay revealed to the Daily Star this week. “Just to see them embarrass themselves by being like, ‘I got one from Miley Cyrus!’

“Then she’ll be like, ‘I didn’t send it, you’re lying!’” Jay explained. “I’m totally going to go for that one, playing pranks never gets old.”

Haha ;D

In its search for hit programming beyond the omnipresent Kardashian clan, E! network continues to poach from the music community — this time with across-the-pond boy band “The Wanted.”

“The Wanted Life” (working title) willl document the personal and professional lives of the English-Irish fivesome as they shack up in the Hollywood Hills. They’re the latest music folk to get a reality series: British pop girl group The Saturdays made their stateside presence known in “Chasing The Saturdays,” which premiered earlier this month, and last year’s “Married to Jonas” chronicled newlywed life for Kevin Jonas, one-third of the Jonas Brothers.

“The rock star lifestyle is something that everyone has fantasized about and The Wanted are giving viewers total access into their world as they live out this dream,” Suzanne Kolb, president of E!, said in a statement. “This series is a perfect blend of music, bromance and superstardom chronicling the lives of one of music’s biggest groups as they continue to make their mark on the global stage.”
The half-hour series, which features Ryan Seacrest as an executive producer, is set to make its debut in the U.S. in June and around the world in the fall.

“America has a long history of falling for British bad boy musicians, so it’s no surprise that The Wanted are already beloved by legions of fans far and wide,” Seacrest said in a statement. “This talented and outspoken English-Irish band are setting their own course to fame and this journey is the foundation of the series. It’s a road that’s bound to include irresistible pop tracks along with plenty of humor, antics and drama behind-the-scenes, which I believe will further ignite fascination and even obsession with these guys.”

The series is likely an effort to broaden exposure for the band that has been trying to break into the U.S. The group, managed by Justin Bieber shepherd Scott “Scooter” Braun, hit No. 1 on the iTunes pop chart last year with its single “Glad You Came” — a song that would eventually get covered on “Glee” and sell more than 3 million copies in the U.S.

The Wanted have explained their plans to release two albums this year.

The British group, who won ‘Favourite Breakout Artist’ at last night’s People’s Choice Awards, recently said that they may drop a record in April and another towards the end of the year.
Speaking at the People’s Choice Awards, Wanted member Jay McGuiness revealed that the band have not been ready to release a new album yet.

“We actually held off on this year’s album, which the record label were kind of upset about, but the quality wasn’t there,” he said. “We wanted it to be good, not just release it.

“So we kept on writing this whole year and never released anything, apart from a few singles. And we just found now we have quite a lot of material and we’ve got more writing to come.”

He added: “We just said to the fans, ‘You’ve waited a long time for another album, so just so you know, there’s a chance there’s two this year’.”

McGuiness also expressed optimism about the future. “At the minute, America seems quite enamoured with boybands, so that’s quite nice,” he said. “But we’ve known each other since 2009. Right now it feels like instant success – people think that isn’t going to last – but we’ve been doing it for a long time.”

Meanwhile, the band’s members laughed off suggestions that they would be interested in going solo, with Tom Parker saying: “We’re happy with what we’re doing at the moment. You can never say never, but I think we’re all very comfortable in the band and we all get on with each other.

“And I’d find being a solo artist boring! I like being with you four idiots.”

Siva will appear in Lincoln. The heartthrob will make an appearance at Home in Park Street tomorrow. He will join resident DJ Bobby Harding in the venue’s main room and meet fans. The Wanted are planning to put their story down on paper in a new autobiography.

The pop stars previously released a picture book called “The Wanted: Our Story, Our Way”, which detailed their rise to fame, in 2010.

However, band member Tom Parker has revealed they hope to write a proper autobiography to tell fans the true story.

He tells British newspaper the Daily Star Sunday, “We did a picture book a couple of years ago and we’ve spoken about doing a proper autobiography in the last few months. We don’t think we are proper rock ‘n’ roll stars but we would want people to know exactly what goes on in the band.”

Parker insists the book will be a candid look at their lives and they won’t be leaving anything out. He adds, “I’m not worried about putting in anything that would get us into trouble. I think people would appreciate the fact we would tell the truth. Some people may like that and some people might not but we are not going to lie.”

The Wanted have confirmed a world tour for 2013.

Band member Tom Parker revealed the plans to embark on a series of concerts to promote their third studio album.

“Putting together plans for the world tour next year,” he wrote on Twitter. “Erm… excited isn’t the word!”

I’m super excited! What about you international TWFanmily ? ;D
