It was a sea of cake and balloons in the Radio 1 studio yesterday as host of the Radio 1 Official Chart, Reggie Yates, with a little help from chart stars The Wanted, kicked off this week’s glittering celebrations of 60 Years of the Official Singles Chart!
With two Number 1 singles already under their belt, and this week’s highest new entry with new single, I Found You (Number 3), UK boyband The Wanted did the honours on behalf of the Official Charts Company, to deliver a surprise cake to Reggie Yates in the Radio 1 Official Chart studio.
